Hello! We have a reception which works from 2 pm until 10 pm. Unfortunately, we don't have a cloakroom, but you are more than welcome to leave your luggage with us for a few hours before your check-in or after your check-out.

The location was spot on very close to the old town,about 5min walk. Our view was of the city and the mountains in the background. The stag were very helpful..worth noting the reception is not manned during the day just when people are arriving and leaving..

Great location

Great location! Minutes walk from the town and beach with a small supermarket across the road which was handy. Room was clean, a good size and quiet, would recommend.

Clean, spacious, good location - functional as a room to sleep and nothing more

- great location - 5 minute walk to the Old Town - clean - spacious rooms - we were allowed to use the property’s one parking space which was a great help to us

It has no charm or warmth whatsoever, particularly due to being in a corporate building and the rooms are a little bare. This is probably reflected in the photos and we were otherwise happy as above, but if I had to choose again I think I’d want somewhere that was maybe a bit more than just a room to sleep.

Great place to stay in Split

Very clean and luxurious, great views over the sea as it is on 14th floor. Nice bathroom. Good location, less than 10 minutes walk from the start of the old town, and the same from the port and bus/train stations. Room was serviced every day

It was quite hard to find, there were no signs mentioning Seascape, outside the building and the entrance to the building was not very obvious as everything was tinted glass and it looked like the building was still being completed. Entrance is nearest to the uphill corner of the building, under a covered walkway. Once we got into the building it was fine.

Really great place to stay

The building was nondescript but the location was great. Walking distance from main area. The room was large as well as the bathroom and the whole place was new and immaculately clean. Which I really appreciated. And the view of the harbor was outstanding. I would definitely book again.

Love our stay ️

It has everything we needed in the room, and nice Seaview. About 7 mins walk to the old town , lots of restaurants, bars and shops. There's a supermarket down the road and a bakery off the other side of the road about 2 mins walk. The only downside is that the noise from the wind and rain gets really loud in the morning, and this kind of weather is really rare in May in Croatia

Absolutely stunning view with great comfort

- The view is spectacular, it's on the last floor of the tallest building so it can hardly be topped - Very large room, very comfortable bed and shower - Fairly close to the port and city center, easy to access by foot - Everything is brand new

Perfect place to stay in sunny Split

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, neat and stylishly furnished. Tea, coffee and toiletries were provided plus the room had a fridge. The view of the city was spectacular and it is in a perfect location - close to the bus station, ferry port and town. The shower was heavenly and the bed was clean and comfortable. House keeping went above and beyond to ensure my room was ready earlier than check in time so when I came to drop bags off, the room was already cleaned and ready. Receptionist was so helpful.

I have no complaints or suggestions. My stay was perfect in every way. It was Croatian hospitality with a modern twist.

My wife's camera nearly melted from overuse.

It is fantastic to look out over the harbour from the window and then stroll down to the old town in 5 minutes.

Everything was perfect.
